Grade 3 vault doors provide EN 1143-1 certified security for high-value commercial vaults, jewellery strong rooms, currency processing facilities, and institutional applications requiring the highest level of commercially available certified vault protection. At Grade 3, the vault door must withstand a prolonged, determined attack by experienced individuals using specialist tools — the standard required by commercial insurers for premises holding precious metals, high-denomination currency, significant jewellery inventory, or other assets where a lower grade would not satisfy the risk specification.

Grade 3 vault doors are constructed with thick composite steel and reinforced concrete infill throughout the door leaf, providing multi-layer resistance to drilling, cutting, and thermal attack across the entire door surface.
